We approached this project as a "face lift" for the client's first floor. The invasive construction work was minimal, with new paint colors for the kitchen cabinets and built-ins, a new range hood, backsplash, quartz slab feature, and new decorative lighting throughout. However, the furnishing aspect of this project was extensive and nearly every piece on the first floor was carefully selected to reflect the transitional but classic feel of the home in a fresh, earth-toned color palette.

These clients wanted to update and improve the functionality of their kitchen and dining space while respecting the age and architecture of their 1920s-era home. The existing kitchen was smaller than the attached dining area with all of the important appliances squeezed into the space behind the island. By creating a better workflow and borrowing square footage from the less-utilized formal dining space, we achieved a fresher, more family-friendly space that still speaks to the character of the home

The request from these clients was to overhaul and brighten their home which had not been updated since it was constructed in the early 1980s. While the lines of the space were clean and several pitched ceilings added architectural interest, the finishes were dark, worn, and dreary. The space planning and finish selections for this renovation embraced the positive aspects of the home while modernizing and lightening the space for an active young family

These clients are seeking to create a relaxing, spa-like environment for their patrons that conveys the sense of luxury and tranquility they feel when they visit family in Jordan and spend time floating on the Dead Sea

The owner and client is a lifelong lover of both close-in and stage magic, and chose to realize a dream of opening a performance venue focusing on magical entertainment. The request was for a modernized theater-going experience that purposefully contrasted the scale and stereotypes of a tiny antique magic shop with a grandly-proportioned, contemporary bar and theater space
